OurForge provides decentralized physical infrastructure network (DEPIN) hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Internet connectivity solutions
• Equipment installation for DEPIN projects (GEODNET, Wingbits, etc.)
• Hosting rewards and income opportunities

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal authority over the property where equipment will be installed
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

4. Host Responsibilities

4.1 Property Requirements

As a host, you agree to:

• Provide a suitable location for equipment installation
• Maintain stable internet connectivity
• Provide continuous power supply to the equipment
• Ensure equipment remains accessible for maintenance

4.2 Care of Equipment

You are responsible for:

• Protecting equipment from theft, damage, or unauthorized access
• Notifying OurForge immediately of any equipment issues
• Not tampering with, modifying, or relocating equipment without authorization

5. Payment and Rewards

5.1 Hosting Rewards

OurForge will pay hosting rewards as specified in your hosting agreement. Rewards are typically paid monthly and are subject to:

• Equipment uptime and performance requirements
• Compliance with these Terms of Service
• Successful completion of verification procedures

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be subject to:

• Minimum payout thresholds
• Applicable taxes and withholdings
• Processing fees from payment providers

6. Installation and Equipment

6.1 Installation Process

OurForge will coordinate with you to schedule equipment installation. You agree to:

• Provide access to the installation location
• Ensure all necessary permissions are obtained
• Allow reasonable time for installation completion

6.2 Equipment Ownership

All equipment remains the property of OurForge or our partners. You agree not to:

• Claim ownership of the equipment
• Sell, transfer, or encumber the equipment
• Use the equipment for unauthorized purposes

7. Service Interruptions

OurForge is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Internet service provider outages
• Power failures
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Maintenance activities
• Network upgrades or modifications

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your hosting agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you agree to allow equipment removal within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Termination by OurForge

We may terminate your service immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Fail to maintain required conditions (power, internet, etc.)
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Damage or tamper with equipment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurForge shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total rewards paid to you in the preceding 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OurForge, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Unauthorized access to or use of the equipment

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of OurForge. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or court proceedings in accordance with South African law
